Elections to Mid Bedfordshire District Council were held on 1 May 2003. All 53 seats were up for election. Councillors elected would serve a four-year term, expiring in 2007. The Conservative Party retained overall control of the council, winning 37 of 53 seats on the council. The Conservatives won 7 seats unopposed.

1999 Boston City Council election

Boston City Council elections were held on November 2, 1999. Eleven seats were contested in the general election, as the incumbents for districts 1 and 2 ran unopposed. Ten seats had also been contested in the preliminary election held on September 21, 1999.

1999 East Northamptonshire District Council election

The 1999 East Northamptonshire District Council election took place on 6 May 1999 to elect members of East Northamptonshire District Council in Northamptonshire, England. This was on the same day as other local elections. This was the first election to be held under new ward boundaries. The Conservative Party regained overall control of the council from the Labour Party, which it had lost at the previous election in 1995.
