"1 Thot 2 Thot Red Thot Blue Thot" is a song by American rapper Yung Gravy, released on July 12, 2017 as the second single from his EP Snow Cougar (2018). It also appears on his debut studio album Sensational (2019). Produced by Dollie, the song contains a sample of "Don't Look Any Further" by Dennis Edwards featuring Siedah Garrett. ^[1] The title of the song is a parody of the book One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish by Dr. Seuss.

Background

In an interview with Power 106, Yung Gravy stated he wrote the song after he was released from probation and freestyled a good portion of it before changing a couple of his lyrics. According to him, it was the shortest time he had ever spent working on a song. ^[2]
