The 2002–03 Belgian Hockey League season was the 83rd season of the Belgian Hockey League, the top level of ice hockey in Belgium. Five teams participated in the league, and Phantoms Deurne won the championship.

The Belgian Hockey League, also known as the Belgian Elite League, is the highest level of competition organized by the Royal Belgian Ice Hockey Federation. The league winner is crowned the Belgian Champion. The league has been in existence since 1912. The Brussels Royal IHSC the most decorated team with 23 titles.

They play in the newly formed BeNe-league, a joint league starting in the season 2015-2016, consisting of the top teams from the Netherlands and Belgium. The league consists of 16 teams, 10 from the Netherlands and 6 from Belgium.
