The finals stages of the 2010 Copa Sudamericana de Clubes are the Round of 16, Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and Finals. Teams from the Round of 16 onwards were seeded depending on which Second Stage tie they win (i.e. the winner of Match O1 has the 1 seed).

The 2015 Copa Sudamericana elimination stages were played from August 11 to September 17, 2015. A total of 46 teams competed in the elimination stages to decide 15 of the 16 places in the final stages of the 2015 Copa Sudamericana.

The 2017 Copa Sudamericana second stage was played from 27 June to 9 August 2017. A total of 32 teams competed in the second stage to decide the 16 places in the final stages of the 2017 Copa Sudamericana.

The 2019 Copa Sudamericana final stages were played from 9 July to 9 November 2019. A total of 16 teams competed in the final stages to decide the champions of the 2019 Copa Sudamericana, with the final played in Asunción, Paraguay at the Estadio General Pablo Rojas.
