The 2011 Brisbane International was a joint ATP and WTA tennis tournament, played on outdoor hard courts. It was the 3rd edition of the tournament and took place at the Queensland Tennis Centre in Tennyson, Brisbane. [1]

It was part of the Australian Open Series in preparation for the first grandslam of the year.

Andy Roddick was the defending champion, but Robin Söderling defeated him 6–3, 7–5 in the final.
Jérémy Chardy and Marc Gicquel were the defending champions, having beaten Lukáš Dlouhý and Leander Paes in the 2010 final but decided not to participate this year.
