The 2011 Individual Speedway Polish Championship final was held on 3 September at Leszno. [4] Jarosław Hampel won the Polish Championship for the first time. [5]

The 2011 Golden Golden Helmet (Polish : Turniej o Złoty Kask, ZK) organised by the Polish Motor Union (PZM) was the 2011 event for the league's leading riders. The final was held at Toruń on the 24 April. Adrian Miedziński won the Golden Helmet. [6]

Falubaz Zielona Góra is a Polish motorcycle speedway team based in Zielona Góra who currently races in 1. Liga. It is one of the most successful teams in Poland, winning seven Team Speedway Polish Championships. It is commonly known as Falubaz due to one of its former names.

The 2009 Golden Helmet is the 2009 version of Golden Helmet organized by the Polish Motor Union (PZM). The Finals took place on 30 April 2010 in Zielona Góra. The Golden Helmet was won by Janusz Kołodziej who beat Piotr Protasiewicz and Krzysztof Kasprzak. It was his second win. Kołodziej was also the 2010 Golden Helmet host on September.
