The 2013 Alberta Boston Pizza Cup , the men's provincial curling championship for Alberta, was held from February 6 to 10 at the Leduc Recreation Centre in Leduc, Alberta. The winner of the Boston Pizza Cup represented Alberta at the 2013 Tim Hortons Brier in Edmonton.

The 2010 Tim Hortons Brier, the Canadian men's national curling championship, was held between March 6 until March 14, 2010 in Halifax, Nova Scotia at the Halifax Metro Centre. It marked the sixth time the Brier had been to Halifax, and the second time in eight years, having previously hosted the 2003 Nokia Brier.

The winning team of the trials will represent Canada at the 2013 World Mixed Doubles Curling Championship. It is the first ever Canadian Mixed Doubles championship. Previously, two players from the Canadian Mixed Curling Championship winning team were selected to play at the World Mixed Doubles championship.

The 2013 Newfoundland and Labrador Tankard, the men's provincial curling championship for Newfoundland and Labrador, was held from February 5 to 10 at the RE/MAX Centre in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. The winning team of Brad Gushue will represent Newfoundland and Labrador at the 2013 Tim Hortons Brier in Edmonton, Alberta.

The 2014 Scotties Tournament of Hearts was held from February 1 to 9 at the Maurice Richard Arena in Montreal, Quebec. The defending champion Rachel Homan rink won their second straight title, with Homan becoming the youngest skip to ever win back-to-back championships. The team went undefeated throughout the tournament, with the team never even being forced to throw their final rock in any of their games.

The 2014 Tim Hortons Brier was held from March 1 to 9 at the Interior Savings Centre in Kamloops, British Columbia.

The 2014 Boston Pizza Cup, the provincial men's curling championship for Alberta, was held from February 5 to 9 at the Lacombe Curling Club in Lacombe, Alberta. The winner represented Alberta at the 2014 Tim Hortons Brier in Kamloops.

The 2015 Tim Hortons Brier was held from February 28 to March 8 at Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

The 2015 Boston Pizza Cup was held from February 4 to 8 at the Peace Memorial Multiplex in Wainwright, Alberta. The winning Kevin Koe team represented Alberta at the 2015 Tim Hortons Brier in Calgary.

The 2016 Boston Pizza Cup was held from February 10 to 14 at the Encana Arena in Camrose, Alberta. The winning Kevin Koe rink represented Alberta at the 2016 Tim Hortons Brier in Ottawa. Koe's rink went on to win the Brier, his third Brier championship as skip.

The 2017 Tim Hortons Brier, Canada's national men's curling championship, was held from March 4–12, 2017 at the Mile One Centre in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador.

The 2018 Canadian Mixed Doubles Curling Championship was held from March 28 to April 1 at Ken's Furniture Arena and Robinson Arena in Leduc, Alberta

The 2019 Home Hardware Canada Cup was held from November 27 – December 1 at Sobeys Arena in Leduc, Alberta. The tournament winners were the first qualifiers for the 2021 Canadian Olympic Curling Trials.

The 2019 Canadian Curling Club Championships was held from November 25 to 30 at the Leduc Curling Club in Leduc, Alberta.

The 2023 Boston Pizza Cup, the provincial men's curling championship for Alberta, was held February 8 to 12 at the River Cree Resort and Casino in Enoch, Alberta. The winning Kevin Koe rink represented Alberta at the 2023 Tim Hortons Brier in London, Ontario where after placing second in Pool A with a 7–1 record, they lost in the Championship round semifinal to Ontario 9–8.

The 2024 Boston Pizza Cup, the provincial men's curling championship for Alberta, was held from February 7 to 11 at the Bill Thomson Arena in Hinton, Alberta. The winning Aaron Sluchinski rink will represent Alberta at the 2024 Montana's Brier in Regina, Saskatchewan.
