This was a new event on the 2013 ITF Women's Circuit.
The 2013 ITF Women's Circuit is the 2013 edition of the second tier tour for women's professional tennis. It is organised by the International Tennis Federation and is a tier below the WTA Tour. The ITF Women's Circuit includes tournaments with prize money ranging from $10,000 up to $100,000.
Oksana Kalashnikova and Aleksandra Krunić won the title, defeating Ani Amiraghyan and Dalila Jakupović in the final, 6–2, 6–1.

Aleksandra Krunić is a Russian-born Serbian tennis player. She has won one singles title and three doubles titles on the WTA Tour. In June 2018, she reached her best singles rankings of world No. 39. In April 2017, she peaked at No. 43 in the doubles rankings.
