The 2014 Horizon League baseball tournament was held from May 21 through 24. All six of the league's teams met in the double-elimination tournament held at Kapco Park on the campus of Concordia University Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Youngstown State won the tournament for the second time, earning the conference's automatic bid to the 2014 NCAA Division I baseball tournament. [2] [3]
The league's six teams were seeded one through six based on winning percentage, using conference games only. They then played a double-elimination tournament, with the top two seeds (top-seeded Wright State and UIC) earning a single bye. [4]

The Horizon League is an 11-school collegiate athletic conference in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I, whose members are located in and near the Great Lakes region.
The Youngstown State Penguins are the athletic teams of Youngstown State University of Youngstown, Ohio. The university is a member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association's (NCAA) Division I, and the Penguins compete in football as members of the Missouri Valley Football Conference. Most other sports compete as members of the Horizon League.
The Milwaukee Panthers are the athletic teams of the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. A total of 13 Panthers athletic teams compete in NCAA Division I. The Panthers have won the James J. McCafferty Trophy as the Horizon League's all-sports champions six times since 2000.
The 2012 Horizon League baseball tournament took place from May 23 through 27. All six of the league's teams met in the double-elimination tournament held at UIC's Les Miller Field. Top seeded Valparaiso won their first Horizon League Championship and earned the conference's automatic bid to the 2012 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.
The 2013 Mountain West Conference baseball tournament took place from May 22 through 26. All six of the league's teams met in the double-elimination tournament held at California State University, Fresno's Pete Beiden Field. It was Fresno State's first year in the league after joining from the Western Athletic Conference. San Diego State won the tournament for the second time, earning the Mountain West Conference's automatic bid to the 2013 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.
The 2002 Big Ten Conference baseball tournament was held at Siebert Field on the campus of the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota, from May 15 through 19. The top six teams from the regular season participated in the double-elimination tournament, the twenty first annual tournament sponsored by the Big Ten Conference to determine the league champion. Ohio State won their fifth tournament championship and earned the Big Ten Conference's automatic bid to the 2002 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.

The 2015 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference baseball tournament was held from May 20 through 24. The top six regular season finishers of the league's eleven teams met in the double-elimination tournament held at Dutchess Stadium in Wappingers Falls, New York. Second-seeded Canisius won their second tournament championship to earn the conference's automatic bid to the 2015 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.
The 2016 Horizon League baseball tournament was held from May 25 through 28. The top six finishers of the league's seven teams met in the double-elimination tournament held at the home field of the regular season champion. The winner of the tournament earned the conference's automatic bid to the 2016 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.
The 2017 Horizon League baseball tournament was held from May 24 through 27 at Les Miller Field at Curtis Granderson Stadium in Chicago, home to conference regular-season champion UIC. The top six finishers of the league's seven teams met in the double-elimination tournament. UIC won the tournament to earn the conference's automatic bid to the 2017 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.
The 2018 Horizon League baseball tournament was held from May 23 through 26. All six of the league's teams met in the double-elimination tournament to be held at the home field of the regular season champion, which was Wright State. The winner of the tournament earned the conference's automatic bid to the 2018 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.
The 2019 Horizon League baseball tournament was held from May 22 through 25. All six of the league's teams met in the double-elimination tournament held at the home field of the regular season champion. The winner of the tournament, UIC, earned the conference's automatic bid to the 2019 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.
The 2011 Horizon League baseball tournament took place from May 22 through 26, near the close of the 2011 NCAA Division I baseball season. The top six of the league's seven teams met in the double-elimination tournament held at Wright State's Nischwitz Stadium in Dayton, Ohio. Top seeded Wright State won their fourth Horizon League Championship and earned the conference's automatic bid to the 2011 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.
The 2022 Horizon League baseball tournament will be held from May 25 through 28. The top six of the league's seven teams will meet in the double-elimination tournament to be held at Nischwitz Stadium in Fairborn, Ohio, home field of Wright State. The winner of the tournament will earn the conference's automatic bid to the 2022 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.
The 2022 Horizon League women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for the Horizon League. It was held from October 30 through November 5, 2022. The quarterfinals of the tournament were held at campus sites, while semifinals and final took place at Engelmann Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The six team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The Milwaukee Panthers were the defending champions, and they successfully defended their title by beating the Youngstown State Penguins 1–0 in the final. This was the fifteenth overall title for Milwaukee and first for head coach Kevin Boyd. This was also Milwaukee's fifth consecutive title. As tournament champions, Milwaukee earned the Horizon League's automatic berth into the 2022 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament.
