It is the 3rd edition of the tournament which is part of the 2014 ITF Women's Circuit, offering a total of $50,000 in prize money. It takes place in New Braunfels, Texas, United States between 27 October to 2 November, 2014.

Anna Tatishvili was the defending champion, but lost in the first round to Bernarda Pera.

Mandy Minella was the defending champion, however she chose not to participate due to a right arm edema.

Verónica Cepede Royg was the defending champion, but lost in the final to Teliana Pereira, 7–6(8–6), 6–1.
