The Larry H. Miller Tour of Utah, was an annual multi-day road cycling race; traversing the states of Idaho, Utah, and Wyoming. Since the 2011 edition, the tour holds UCI classification. Between five and six UCI WorldTeams compete annually.
Zachary "Zach" Bell is a Canadian former professional racing cyclist, who competed professionally between 2005 and 2015 for the Jet Fuel Coffee–Sympatico, Rite Aid Pro Cycling, Symmetrics, Kelly Benefit Strategies, SpiderTech–C10, Champion System, and Team SmartStop teams. Born in Whitehorse, Yukon, Bell resides in Watson Lake, Yukon, and now works as a directeur sportif for UCI Women's Team Human Powered Health.
Jeff Louder is an American former professional road racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2000 and 2014 for the Landbouwkrediet–Colnago, Navigators Insurance, BMC Racing Team and UnitedHealthcare teams. Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Louder won the 2008 Tour of Utah, and took part in the 2010 Giro d'Italia. At the 2014 Tour of Utah Louder announced that he would be retiring from the sport at the end of the season.
Matthew Busche is an American former professional road racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2009 and 2016 for the Kelly Benefit Strategies, Team RadioShack, Trek Factory Racing and UnitedHealthcare teams. In 2009, he gained notoriety for his rapid rise from a Wisconsin-based amateur team to Team RadioShack within the course of one season. Busche was the winner of the 2011 and 2015 United States National Road Race Championships.
John Murphy is an American former professional cyclist, who competed between 2004 and 2020, for six different teams.
The 2011 Tour of Utah was the eighth edition of the Tour of Utah. For the first time, the race was included on the UCI America Tour, with a classification of 2.1. As such, the race is only open to teams on the UCI Pro Tour, UCI Professional Continental and UCI Continental circuits. The race took place between August 9–14, 2011 as a six-day, six-stage race, similar to the prior two years. The race joined the 2011 Tour of California and the 2011 USA Pro Cycling Challenge as the only three UCI-ranked stage races in the United States
Logan Owen is an American professional racing cyclist. Owen formerly rode for UCI WorldTeam EF Education–EasyPost. He won a stage of the 2015 Larry H. Miller Tour of Utah on the road. In August 2019, he was named in the startlist for the 2019 Vuelta a España.
The 2012 Tour of Utah was the ninth edition of the Tour of Utah. Once again, the race was included on the UCI America Tour, with a UCI classification of 2.1. As such, the race is only open to teams on the UCI Pro Tour, UCI Professional Continental and UCI Continental circuits. The race took place between August 7–12, 2012 as a six-day, six-stage race, with some major differences to the prior editions, such as the elimination of the prologue and the inclusion of a team time trial instead of an individual time trial. The 2012 Tour of Utah was one of five UCI-ranked stage races in the United States in 2012 and one of three that attracted multiple ProTeams to compete.
Alex Howes is an American former professional road racing cyclist, who competed as a professional in 2007 and from 2012 to 2022, spending his entire career with Garmin–Barracuda. Howes turned professional on a full-time basis in 2012. In 2023 he became a cycling coach at Team EF Coaching and a gravel racer.
Joseph Lloyd Dombrowski is an American professional road racing cyclist who most recently rode for UCI WorldTeam Astana Qazaqstan Team. A professional since 2011, Dombrowski has also competed for Bontrager–Livestrong, Team Sky, EF Education First and UAE Team Emirates.

It covered 753.8 miles, and 57,863 feet of total climbing. 16 men's professional cycling teams competed in the 2014 edition, with 6 of these teams also being featured in the 2014 Tour de France, with riders representing 24 different countries. For the second year in succession, the race was won by Tom Danielson of the Garmin–Sharp squad.
Tsgabu Gebremaryam Grmay is an Ethiopian retired professional road cyclist from Tigray, who last rode for UCI WorldTeam Team Jayco–AlUla. He is a three time national road race champion, six time national time trial champion, and one time African time trial champion. Tsgabu became the first Ethiopian professional cyclist when he joined MTN–Qhubeka in 2012. In 2013 Tsgabu became the first Ethiopian to win an international cycling event when he won the fifth stage of the Tour de Taiwan. He made his UCI World Tour debut at the 2013 Giro di Lombardia.
