The 2015–16 season of the Scottish Women's National League . 10 teams featured in a single division. In September 2015, Scottish National Basketball League (SNBL) was rebranded as part of the Scottish Basketball Championship (SBC). [1]

St Mirren Football Club is a Scottish professional football club based in Paisley, Renfrewshire, that competes in the Scottish Premiership after winning the 2017–18 Scottish Championship. Founded in 1877, the team has two nicknames, the Buddies and the Saints.

In addition, some universities organise University Saturday Leagues for their 2nd XV, or they organise informal friendly matches. The 2012–13 Scottish Cup was the 128th season of Scotland's most prestigious football knockout competition. The tournament began on 4 August 2012 and ended on 26 May 2013. It was sponsored by bookmaker William Hill in the second season of a three-year partnership and is known as the William Hill Scottish Cup. The winner of the competition qualified for the third qualifying round of the 2013–14 UEFA Europa League. The holders Hearts were knocked out by their Edinburgh rivals Hibernian in the fourth round, in a repeat of the previous season's final.

Motherwell Football Club Women is a Scottish women's football team based in Motherwell, North Lanarkshire. They are members of the Scottish Women's Premier League (SWPL) and currently compete in its top tier, SWPL1, since winning SWPL2 in 2018. For the 2020-21 season are playing their home matches at the Excelsior Stadium in Airdrie, North Lanarkshire.

The 2019–20 season was the 51st campaign of the Scottish Basketball Championship, the national basketball league of Scotland. 20 teams were split across Division 1, featuring 10 teams, and Division 2, featuring 10 teams. Glasgow Storm withdrew at the start of the season, leaving Division 1 with 9 teams. Falkirk Fury won their sixth league title.
The 1999–2000 season was the 31st campaign of the Scottish Men's National League, the national basketball league of Scotland. The season featured 10 teams; from the previous season, Aberdeen Buccaneers joined the league and Glasgow Gators did not return. St Mirren won their first league title. There were end of season playoffs for the first time in several seasons, with St Mirren beating City of Edinburgh Kings 2–1 in the final series.
The 2021–22 season will be the 52nd campaign of the Scottish Basketball Championship, the national basketball league of Scotland. There was no 2020–21 season due to the global coronavirus pandemic. 16 teams will be split across Division 1, featuring 9 teams, and Division 2, featuring 7 teams.
