The 2016 CEB Cup , the inaugural tournament of a new, annual European baseball competition, was held from June 1, to June 5, 2016. [1] It was hosted in Rouen, France, and Chartres, France.

The Odense Bulldogs are a professional ice hockey team based in Odense, Denmark. They currently play in Ret&Råd Fyn Arena in the Bolbro area, as a part of the best Danish league Metal Ligaen, and they are furthermore the only hockey team from Funen. The team was founded in 1978 and was promoted to the top league in 1991. Odense Bulldogs has never won Metal Ligaen, but achieved three silver medals. Rouen has won 15 French championships, establishing itself as one of the best teams in France. The Huskies won their 15th French title in August 2019, and trail only Paris as the most titled team in French history. Rouen is currently ranked as the number 6 team in Europe.

The French National Baseball team represents the French Federation of Baseball and Softball in international competitions, such as the World Baseball Classic, the European Baseball Championship, and the World Cup of Baseball. They are currently ranked 25th in the world.

The 2019 Women's European Baseball Championship was an international baseball tournament for women organized by Confederation of European Baseball. The 2019 European Championship was held in July and August 2019 in Rouen, France. The winner qualified for 2020 Women's Baseball World Cup.
