The 2016 season for the ONE Pro Cycling cycling team began in January at the New Zealand Cycle Classic. ONE Pro is a British-registered UCI Professional Continental cycling team that participated in road bicycle racing events on the UCI Continental Circuits and when selected as a wildcard to UCI WorldTour events.

Kristian House is a British former racing cyclist who rode for the JLT–Condor team from 2008 to 2015, and joined ONE Pro Cycling in 2016. He was the 2009 British Road Race Champion. He has raced in Europe and Australia. He rode for Great Britain in UCI World Cup track events. In 2006, he rode for the Recycling.co.uk team and in 2007 he signed for Navigators Insurance.
Bissell Pro Cycling Team, or simply Bissell, was an elite men's cycling team registered in the United States as a UCI Continental. The team competed on the USA Cycling National Racing Calendar and the UCI America Tour.
Leigh Howard is an Australian professional racing cyclist. He qualified for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics in both the Men's Madison and Men's Team Pursuit. Howard was part of the Men's team pursuit together with Kelland O'Brien, Sam Weisford and Alexander Porter. They secured a bronze medal after overlapping New Zealand who had crashed. Howard also competed in the Men's Madison where the team finished fifth with a time of 3:48.448 and therefore did not qualify for the final.
Lidl–Trek is a professional road bicycle racing team at UCI WorldTeam level licensed in the United States. Formerly RadioShack–Nissan, in 2014, Trek took over the ownership of the team and its ProTeam License.
Vitus Pro Cycling Team p/b Brother UK is a British UCI Continental cycling team. From 2010 to 2017, the team was sponsored by the Raleigh Bicycle Company, before Vitus took over the naming rights in 2018.

Hincapie–Leomo p/b BMC was an American cycling team focusing on road bicycle racing. The team was developed by former professional racing cyclist George Hincapie, and was managed by Rich Hincapie with assistance from directeur sportif Thomas Craven. The team was founded as a junior development team known as Hincapie–Holowesko Partners. It joined the UCI Continental Tour in partnership with UCI ProTour team BMC Racing Team in 2012. Riders who have gone on to compete for UCI WorldTeams and Professional Continental teams include Tanner Putt, Tyler Magner, Joey Rosskopf and Dion Smith.
Karol Andrzej Domagalski is a Polish former racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2012 and 2021 for the Caja Rural–Seguros RGA, Team Raleigh, ONE Pro Cycling, and HRE Mazowsze Serce Polski teams. With Caja Rural–Seguros RGA, Domagalski competed at the 2014 Vuelta a España and 2014 Giro di Lombardia.
ONE Pro Cycling was a British UCI Continental men's cycling team. Their first season was 2015, and they became a Professional Continental team in 2016. Due to funding issues, they reverted to Continental level in 2017.
