The 2016 Open du Pays d'Aix was a professional tennis tournament played on clay courts. It was the third edition of the tournament which was part of the 2016 ATP Challenger Tour. It took place in Aix-en-Provence, France between 2 and 8 May 2016.
Thiemo de Bakker and Robin Haase were the defending champions but only de Bakker chose to participate, partnering Matwé Middelkoop. de Bakker failed to defend his title, losing in the quarterfinals to Guillermo Durán and Máximo González.
Pablo Carreño Busta and Guillermo Durán were the defending champions, but Carreño Busta decided not to participate this year. Durán played alongside Andrés Molteni, but lost in the quarterfinals to Víctor Estrella Burgos and Renzo Olivo.
