The 2018 FIA European Truck Racing Championship was a motor-racing championship using highly tuned tractor units. It was the 34th year of the championship. Jochen Hahn took his fifth victory in the championship driving an Iveco. [1]

The championship features a mix of professional motor racing teams and privately funded amateur drivers competing in highly modified versions of two-axle tractor units which conform to the technical regulations for the championship. It was the 27th European Truck Racing Championship season and began at Donington Park on April 22, with the finale at Le Mans on October 9 after ten events. The championship was won by Jochen Hahn, taking his first title.

Jochen Hahn is a German truck race driver. Team Hahn Racing participates at the ETRC, driving a Mercedes race truck until 2007, when Mercedes decided to stop participating at the ETRC in 2007. Since 2008, the team has raced a MAN race truck. The 2008 truck was built in just 8 weeks. Following nine years at the wheel of an MAN race truck, the team of the four-time European Truck Racing Champion switched makes. As the 2017 season began, Team Hahn Racing started piloting Iveco race trucks.

The 2020 European Truck Racing Championship was a motor-racing championship using highly tuned tractor units. It is the 36th year of the championship. An eight-round season was originally slated to begin April 25 at the Hungaroring and end October 4 at the Circuito del Jarama. However, due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the schedule was delayed, shortened, and rearranged, with a two-round season starting August 29 at Autodrom Most and ending October 18 at the Hungaroring.

The 2021 European Truck Racing Championship was a motor-racing championship using highly tuned tractor units. It was the 37th year of the championship. A seven round calendar was announced on November 17, 2020, which was slated to begin May 22, 2021 at the Misano World Circuit in Italy and conclude with October 3 at the Circuito del Jarama in Spain. However, due to continued restrictions resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, the round at Misano was postponed to the end of the season, moving the round at the Hungaroring in Hungary on June 12 as the first race of the season.

The 2022 European Truck Racing Championship was a motor-racing championship using highly tuned tractor units. It was the 38th year of the championship. An eight-round season was announced on 21 December 2021, with the season beginning on 21 May at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli and ended on 2 October at the Circuito del Jarama.
