The KBS Entertainment Awards is an event held yearly and is sponsored by KBS. The awards ceremony is approximately 140 minutes long and is shown in two parts on KBS2. The ceremony features performances by K-pop artists and music parodies from Gag Concert members. This event is held at the end of each year, except in 2017, the Entertainment Awards were not held due to the KBS Variety Director Strike.

Radio Star is a South Korean talk show hosted by Kim Gook-jin, Kim Gura, Yoo Se-yoon and Jang Do-yeon. It airs on MBC on Wednesdays at 10:30(KST). The first episode aired on May 30, 2007, making it one of the longest-running talk shows in the country.

He is best known for his leading roles in King of Baking, Kim Takgu (2010), My Cute Guys (2013), Hit the Top (2017), Grand Prince (2018) and Your Honor (2018), Nokdu Flower (2019), Psychopath Diary (2019-2020), and Train (2020). From 2016 to 2019, he was a member of the third season of variety show 2 Days & 1 Night.
