The 2019 Challenger Banque Nationale de Granby was a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. It was the twenty-sixth (men) and ninth (women) editions of the tournament which was part of the 2019 ATP Challenger Tour and the 2019 ITF Women's World Tennis Tour. It took place in Granby, Quebec, Canada between 22 and 28 July 2019.
Rika Fujiwara and Yuki Naito were the two-time defending champions, having won the previous editions in 2016 and 2017, however both players chose not to participate.
Eri Hozumi and Moyuka Uchijima were the defending champions but chose to participate with different partners. Hozumi partnered Mana Ayukawa, but lost in the first round to Wu Fang-hsien and Zhang Ying.
