The 2019 EuroEyes Cyclassics was a road cycling one-day race that took place on 25 August 2019 in Germany. It was the 24th edition of EuroEyes Cyclassics and the 33rd event of the 2019 UCI World Tour. [1] It was won for the third year in a row by Elia Viviani in the sprint. [2]

The Hamburg Cyclassics is an annual one-day professional and amateur cycling race in and around Hamburg, Germany. Although the route varies, its distance is always around 250 km. The course's most significant difficulty is Waseberg hill in Blankenese, which is addressed three times in the race finale.
Jacopo Guarnieri is an Italian professional road bicycle racer, who currently rides for UCI ProTeam Lotto–Dstny.
Alexander Kristoff is a Norwegian professional road bicycle racer, who currently rides for UCI ProTeam Uno-X Mobility. His biggest victories have been the 2014 Milan–San Remo and the 2015 Tour of Flanders among many other successes.

Nacer Bouhanni is a French former professional racing cyclist, who competed as a professional from 2011 to 2023. A sprinter, he was the winner of the 2012 French National Road Race Championships. Although his first Grand Tour was in 2012, his real breakthrough was in 2014 when he won three stages and the points classification in the Giro d'Italia. In August 2014 it was announced that Bouhanni would leave FDJ and join Cofidis on an initial two-year deal from 2015.

Arnaud Démare is a professional road racing cyclist who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Arkéa–B&B Hotels. In 2011 he won the UCI World Under-23 Road Race Championships, and in 2016 he won the Milan–San Remo. He is one of five riders to have won the French National Road Race Championships three times, having won the race in 2014, 2017 and 2020.

It was the 4th edition of the Tour of Guangxi and the thirty-fifth and final event of the 2023 UCI World Tour. The race returned after three years of not being held due to the COVID-19 pandemic in China.
