The 2019 GB Pro-Series Shrewsbury was a professional tennis tournament played on indoor hard courts. It was the twelfth edition of the tournament which was part of the 2019 ITF Women's World Tennis Tour. It took place in Shrewsbury, United Kingdom between 11 and 17 February 2019.

Sarah Beth Grey and Olivia Nicholls were the defending champions, but chose not to participate.

Ashleigh Barty defeated Karolína Plíšková in the final, 7–6(7–1), 6–3 to win the women's singles tennis title at the 2019 Miami Open. It was Barty's first WTA Premier Mandatory title. She entered the top 10 in the WTA rankings for the first time with the win.
