The 2019 Los Cabos Open is an ATP tennis tournament to be played on outdoor hard courts. It will be the 4th edition of the tournament, and part of the ATP Tour 250 series of the 2019 ATP Tour. It will take place in Los Cabos, Mexico from July 29 through August 4, 2019.
John Isner was the two-time defending champion and had won the title five times in the last six years, but he lost in the second round to Reilly Opelka. This was only the second time out of ten in the Atlanta Open's history that Isner failed to reach the singles final.

Cameron Norrie defeated Nikoloz Basilashvili in the final, 3–6, 6–4, 6–1 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2021 Indian Wells Masters. It was his first ATP Tour Masters 1000 title, and he became the first Briton to win the title. Basilashvili became the first Georgian to reach a Masters final since Alex Metreveli in 1968, and the first player to do so representing Georgia as an independent nation.
Casper Ruud defeated the defending champion Diego Schwartzman in the final, 5–7, 6–2, 6–3 to win the singles title at the 2022 Argentina Open.
Defending champion Stefanos Tsitsipas defeated Alejandro Davidovich Fokina in the final, 6–3, 7–6(7–3) to win the singles tennis title at the 2022 Monte-Carlo Masters. He became the sixth player to win consecutive titles at the Monte-Carlo Masters in the Open Era. The win also earned him his second Masters 1000 title and his eighth career singles title overall.
Carlos Alcaraz defeated the defending champion Alexander Zverev in the final, 6–3, 6–1 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2022 Madrid Masters. Alcaraz also became the first man to defeat Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic in the same clay court tournament, which he did in the quarterfinals and semifinals, respectively.
