The 2019 Meghalaya State League (MSL) is the 2nd edition of The Meghalaya State League, which is the top state-level football league in the Indian state of Meghalaya. It is managed by Meghalaya Football Association (MFA). [1] Tynrongmawsaw are the current champions by virtue of winning the first edition. [2] [3]

Format

21 teams are divided into four groups and the games will be played at four venues.

The teams will play each other once during the group stage.

Group A, B, C and D winners go through to the semi-final and play a two legged semis followed by the FINAL.
