The qualifying competition for the 2020 CONCACAF Women's Olympic Qualifying Championship determined five of the eight teams of 2020 CONCACAF Women's Olympic Qualifying Championship final tournament.
A total of 25 CONCACAF teams (out of 41) entered Olympic qualifying, with 22 involved in regional qualifiers for the final tournament. The entrants are divided into three zones:

The draw for the Caribbean qualifying round took place on 29 July 2019, 11:00 EDT (UTC−4), at the CONCACAF Headquarters in Miami. [1] The 16 teams which entered the Caribbean qualifying round were drawn into three groups, one of six teams and two of five teams. Based on the FIFA World Ranking (as of 29 March 2019), [2] the 16 teams were distributed into five pots, as follows: [3]

The draw for the Central American qualifying round took place on 30 July 2019, 11:00 EDT (UTC−4), at the CONCACAF Headquarters in Miami. [4] The six teams which entered the Central American qualifying round were drawn into two groups of three teams. Based on the FIFA World Ranking (as of 29 March 2019), [2] the six teams were distributed into three pots, with top seeds assigned to each group prior to the draw, as follows: [5]

The 2011 CFU Club Champions’ Cup was the 13th edition of the CFU Club Championship, the annual international club football competition in the Caribbean region, held amongst clubs whose football associations are affiliated with the Caribbean Football Union (CFU). The top three teams in the tournament qualified for the 2011–12 CONCACAF Champions League.
The qualifying competition for the 2010 Caribbean Championship was a football tournament held from 2 October to 14 November 2010 to determine the qualifying teams for the 2010 Caribbean Championship. 21 teams entered the qualifying competition, with six teams qualifying for the final tournament. The tournament was played over two rounds. In the first round, the 15 lowest ranked teams competed in three groups of four and one group of three in a round-robin. The winners of the four groups and the two best runners-up of the three groups of four advanced to the second round. In the second round, the six qualifying teams from the first round joined the second through seventh highest ranked teams from the 2008 Caribbean Championship to compete in three groups of four in a round-robin. The two best teams from each group advanced to join Martinique and Jamaica in the final tournament.
The 2013 CFU Club Championship was the 15th edition of CFU Club Championship, the annual international club football competition in the Caribbean region, held amongst clubs whose football associations are affiliated with the Caribbean Football Union (CFU). The top three teams in the tournament qualified for the 2013–14 CONCACAF Champions League.
The group stage of the 2012–13 CONCACAF Champions League was played from July 31 to October 25, 2012. A total of 24 teams competed in the group stage.
The 2014 Caribbean Cup qualification began in May 2014 and ended in October 2014. The qualification competition determined which national teams could play in the 2014 Caribbean Cup which in turn determined which teams participated in the 2015 CONCACAF Gold Cup and the 2016 Copa América Centenario.
The qualifying competitions for the 2015 CONCACAF U-20 Championship were handled by two regional of CONCACAF's bodies; the Caribbean Football Union and the Central American Football Union.
2014 Women's Caribbean Cup. Twenty nations entered the First Round in 5 groups, but three withdrew before playing any match. The group winners and 2 best runners-up teams joined Trinidad and Tobago in the Second Round, split into 2 groups of 4. The Second Round group winners and runners-up qualified for the Championship. The Second Round group winners met for the Women's Caribbean Cup; the Second Round runners-up met for third place. Though announced as the inaugural edition, the Women's Caribbean Cup had been held once before in 2000. The tournament also served as a qualifier for the 2014 CONCACAF Women's Championship
The 2014–15 CONCACAF Champions League group stage was played from August 5 to October 23, 2014. A total of 24 teams competed in the group stage to decide the eight teams which advanced to the championship stage of the 2014–15 CONCACAF Champions League.
The 2016 CONCACAF Women's Olympic Qualifying Championship qualification was a women's football competition which decided the participating teams of the 2016 CONCACAF Women's Olympic Qualifying Championship.
The fifth round of CONCACAF matches for 2018 FIFA World Cup qualification was played from 11 November 2016 to 10 October 2017. Mexico, Costa Rica, and Panama qualified for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, while Honduras advanced to the inter-confederation play-offs. The United States and Trinidad and Tobago were eliminated in this round.
The 2016 CFU Club Championship was the 18th edition of CFU Club Championship, the annual international club football competition in the Caribbean region, held amongst clubs whose football associations are affiliated with the Caribbean Football Union (CFU). The top three teams in the tournament qualified for the 2016–17 CONCACAF Champions League. Central were the defending champions, having won the 2015 CFU Club Championship, and successfully defended their title, defeating fellow Trinidadian side W Connection in the final for the second straight year.
The 2016–17 CONCACAF Champions League group stage was played from August 2 to October 20, 2016. A total of 24 teams competed in the group stage to decide the eight places in the knockout stage of the 2016–17 CONCACAF Champions League.
The 2017 Caribbean Cup qualification began in March 2016. The qualification competition determined which Caribbean national teams would play in the 2017 Caribbean Cup and the 2017 CONCACAF Gold Cup.

The 2018 CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship was the 9th edition of the CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship, the biennial international youth football championship organised by CONCACAF for the women's under-20 national teams of the North, Central American and Caribbean region. The tournament was hosted by Trinidad and Tobago and took place between 18–28 January 2018, as announced by CONCACAF on 31 October 2017. A total of eight teams played in the tournament.
