The 2020 Estonian Rally Championship was the sixty-second season of the Estonian Rally Championship.

The championship was heavily affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. There was eight events planned prior to the pandemic, but with several events being cancelled due to the pandemic.

At the conclusion of the championship, Gross and Mõlder won their fourth championship title. They were driving with Ford Fiesta WRC for OT Racing.

Rally Estonia Day 1 and Day 2 were counted only in EMV2 championship not in the absolute championship.

The 2020 FIA Junior World Rally Championship was the nineteenth season of the Junior World Rally Championship, an auto racing championship recognised by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile, running in support of the World Rally Championship. The Junior World Rally Championship was open to drivers under the age of thirty—although no such restriction existed for co-drivers—competing in identical one-litre Ford Fiesta R2s built and maintained by M-Sport. The championship was contested over four selected WRC rounds with the winning crew awarded a new Ford Fiesta R5 car, 200 tyres, free registration into the 2021 World Rally Championship-3 and five free rally entries. The championship offered an additional prize of €15,000 to the highest-placed rookie driver to fund a drive in the 2021 Junior World Rally Championship.

Joel Tammeka is a retired rally driver from Estonia. Tammeka is one of the few racing drivers in the Baltic states who has achieved good results competing in Dakar rally. In 1991 Dakar rally he became third in the truck class driving with Kamaz. Tammeka still holds the record for the best overall result in a truck class in the Baltics as well as for an Estonian driver.
