Egon Kaur (born 20 August 1987) is an Estonian rally driver.
Egon started rallying in 2004, and made his World Rally Championship debut on the 2006 Wales Rally GB in a Renault Clio. [1] His next WRC appearances came in the 2008 season in Sweden and Wales, behind the wheel of a Subaru Impreza WRX STi. He contested Wales Rally GB again at the end of 2009.
After winning the Estonian Group N title in 2010, Egon contested the new WRC Academy class in 2011. He won the first three rounds of the season in Portugal, Sardinia and Finland. Kaur narrowly missed winning the 2011 FIA WRC Academy title to Craig Breen, with equal championship points but fewer fastest stage times.
In February 2011, Egon was one of 12 drivers selected for the first FIA Institute Young Driver Excellence Academy. [2]
In 2012 he started to use the experience gained from the academies to manage a similar program named "EAL Akadeemia" for young Estonian drivers. [3]
His main sponsors throughout the years have been Estonian based companies Provintsi Transport, Gustaf Tallinn and DS Seaways (former Baltic Scandinavian Lines).
In 2013, Egon continued to drive in local Estonian championship and run his Kaur Motorsport rallyschool.

The FIA Junior WRC Championship, is an international rallying series restricted to drivers under 29 years old, running within the framework of the World Rally Championship. The series is governed by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) and promoted by M-Sport Ltd.
Markko Märtin is a retired rally driver from Estonia, who competed in the World Rally Championship from 2000 until 2005.

Andreas Mikkelsen is a Norwegian rally driver. He is currently competing in the World Rally Championship for Hyundai Shell Mobis WRT. He previously drove for the factory teams of Volkswagen and Citroën, finishing third in the drivers' standings in 2014, 2015 and 2016. His current co-driver is Torstein Eriksen.

The 2011 World Rally Championship was the 39th season of the FIA World Rally Championship. The season consisted of 13 rallies, beginning with Rally Sweden on 10 February and ended with Wales Rally GB on 13 November.
Craig Breen was an Irish rally driver who last competed part time for the Hyundai team in the World Rally Championship (WRC). He won the 2012 Super 2000 WRC, scoring class wins in the Monte Carlo Rally, Wales Rally GB, Rally France and the Rally of Spain. Breen won the WRC Academy Cup in 2011, winning his first event at the 2011 Rallye Deutschland and sealing the championship with a win at Wales Rally GB. The Academy title going down to the last stage, with Breen and Estonian rally driver Egon Kaur ending the season, both on 111 points, Breen then won the title on count back of stage wins, 39 to 14. Breen won the 2021 Rentokil Historic Rally in Killarney, Kerry, Ireland in his BMW M3 E30.
Ott Tänak is an Estonian rally driver and the 2019 World Rally Champion. He is currently teamed with Martin Järveoja and is competing for Hyundai Motorsport in the World Rally Championship.

The 2011 Wales Rally GB, formally the 67th Wales Rally of Great Britain, was the thirteenth and final round of the 2011 World Rally Championship season. The rally took place over 10–13 November, and was based in Cardiff, the capital city of Wales. The rally was also the seventh and final round of the Production World Rally Championship, and the sixth and final round of the WRC Academy. The route returned to the Great Orme stage for the first time in thirty years, as well as the Dyfnant and Dyfi East and West stages for the first time in fifteen years.

Oliver Solberg is a Swedish rally driver. He is the son of the Norwegian 2003 World Rally Champion, Petter Solberg, and Swedish mother Pernilla Walfridsson, who is also a successful former rally driver. After winning multiple crosskarting championships in his early years, Solberg became the 2018 RallyX Nordic Champion and 2019 FIA ERC1 Junior Champion before following in his father's footsteps and entering the World Rally Championship.
The 2020 FIA Junior WRC Championship was the eighth season of Junior WRC, a rallying championship governed by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile, running in support of the World Rally Championship. The championship was open to drivers under the age of thirty—although no such restriction existed for co-drivers—competing in identical one-litre Ford Fiesta R2s built and maintained by M-Sport. The championship was contested over four selected WRC rounds with the winning crew awarded a new Ford Fiesta R5 car, 200 tyres, free registration into the 2021 WRC3 Championship and five free rally entries. The championship offered an additional prize of €15,000 to the highest-placed rookie driver to fund a drive in the 2021 Junior WRC Championship.
