The 2015 V.League 1 season was the 59th season of the V.League 1, the highest division of Football in Vietnam. The season began on 4 January 2015 and finished on 20 September 2015.

The 2016 V.League 1 season was the 60th season of the V.League 1, the highest division of Football in Vietnam. It began on 20 February 2016 and ended 18 September 2016.

2017 V.League 1 Football league season

The 2017 V.League 1 season was the 61st season of the V.League 1, the highest division of Football in Vietnam. The season began on 7 January 2017 and ended on 25 November 2017. The season was twice interrupted due to the Vietnam Football Federation's decision to stop the league for 4 weeks due to the 2017 FIFA U-20 World Cup, and then again for 7 weeks for the 29th SEA Games.

The 2018 V.League 1 season was the 62nd season of the V.League 1, the highest division of Football in Vietnam. The season started on 10 March 2018 and ran until 8 October 2018. It was expected to be known as the Toyota V.League 1, however, in December 2017 Toyota ended their sponsorship deal with the Vietnam Football Federation one year early.

It was the eighth season of the Vietnam Futsal League, the Vietnam professional futsal league for association football clubs. This season is hold by VFF and VOV Channel. The main sponsorship of this season are HD Bank and Cityland.

The 2018 Vietnamese National Football Second League was the 20th season of the Vietnamese National Football Second League. The season began on 25 April 2018 and finished on 15 July 2018.
