2022 FIFA World Cup qualification (UEFA) International football competition

The European section of the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification acts as qualifiers for the 2022 FIFA World Cup, to be held in Qatar, for national teams that are members of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA). A total of 13 slots in the final tournament are available for UEFA teams.

The 15th FINA World Swimming Championships were held from 16 to 21 December 2021 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It was previously scheduled for 13 to 18 December but moved back three days on 24 February 2021. Originally scheduled to be held in 2020, the championships were pushed back one year as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Competition took place in a 25-metre temporary pool installed at Etihad Arena.

<i>Queen of the Universe</i> (TV series) American television series

Queen of the Universe is a drag queen singing competition television series produced by World of Wonder. The series is hosted by Graham Norton with the four judges coming from backgrounds in the worlds of music, drag, and reality TV competitions. The contestants will be competing for a cash prize of $250,000. The series premiered on Paramount+ on December 2, 2021.

The 2022 Lakeside WDF World Championship will be the 1st World Championship organised by the World Darts Federation held at the Lakeside Country Club in Frimley Green.
