The Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football, abbreviated as CONCACAF, is one of FIFA's six continental governing bodies for association football. Its 41 member associations represent countries and territories mainly in North America, including the Caribbean and Central America, and, for geopolitical reasons, three nations from the Guianas subregion of South America—Guyana, Suriname, and French Guiana. It is contested by Major League Soccer sides Toronto FC, Vancouver Whitecaps FC, and CF Montréal, eight Canadian Premier League sides, and the champions of League1 Ontario, League1 British Columbia, and the Première ligue de soccer du Québec. The tournament is organized by the Canadian Soccer Association and has been broadcast on OneSoccer since 2019.

The 2024 Copa América will be the 48th edition of the Copa América, the quadrennial international men's association football championship organized by South America's football ruling body CONMEBOL. The tournament will be held in the United States and will be co-organized by CONCACAF. The United States will repeat as host, after the successful 2016 Copa América Centenario.

The 2022–23 CONCACAF Nations League is the second season of the CONCACAF Nations League, an international association football competition involving the men's national teams of the 41 member associations of CONCACAF. The group phase of the tournament started on 2 June 2022, and the final tournament, which will decide the champions, will be played on 15 and 18 June 2023 at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada. The Nations League also serves as a qualifier for the 2023 CONCACAF Gold Cup.

The match will be held at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, United States, on July 16, 2023, and will be contested by the winners of the semifinals.
