The FIA Junior WRC, also known as JWRC and previously known as Junior World Rally Championship, is an international rallying competition restricted to drivers under 29 years old. The championship currently consists of five select rallies of the FIA World Rally Championship (WRC) calendar. The category has been a stepping stone in the careers of WRC Champion Sébastien Ogier, Dani Sordo, Elfyn Evans and Thierry Neuville.
The 2012 FIA GT1 World Championship was the third and final season of the SRO Group's FIA GT1 World Championship, an auto racing series for grand tourer cars. The 2012 championship, which opened to GT3 Series Grand Touring cars, featured two titles awarded to the highest scoring competitors over the course of the season: the GT1 World Championship for Drivers and the GT1 World Championship for Teams. The series underwent regulation changes in 2012 with GT3 cars replacing the GT1 category vehicles used in the previous two seasons of the World Championship. Hexis AMR, now under the title Hexis Racing, returned as the defending Teams' World Champions, while German drivers Michael Krumm and Lucas Luhr didn't return to the series to defend their Drivers' World Championships.
Mevlud Meladze is Georgia's best known motorsports promoter and road safety activist, the founder and vice-president of the Georgian Automobile Sport Federation, a non-profit association that represents the interests of motoring organizations and car users in Georgia. A former Sambo practitioner, he entered the racing career in 2001 and became the Formula Alfa Champion of Georgia in 2014.

The 2022 FIA Motorsport Games was the second edition of the FIA Motorsport Games. The event took place on 26–30 October 2022 with Marseille as a host city, and the Circuit Paul Ricard, Le Castellet as the venue for all the track-based disciplines. Scheduled initially for 23–25 October 2020, and later for 29–31 October 2021, the event was postponed two years in a row due to the COVID-19 pandemic. From this edition onwards, the FIA Motorsport Games will be held every two years, as opposed to an annual format.
