The 2022 Spikers' Turf season is the fifth season [1] of the men's volleyball league Spikers' Turf, the counterpart of the women's Shakey's V-League. In 2014, the Shakey's V-League introduced a men's division during its 21st conference. [2] The following year, Sports Vision, the organizers of the Shakey's V-League decided to spin-off the men's vision as a separate tournament, giving birth to the Spikers' Turf.

No tournament was held in 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Open Conference

The 2022 Spikers' Turf Open Conference was the fifteenth conference of the Spikers' Turf. The tournament were held at Paco Arena, Manila from 30 August to 6 October 2022 with a total of seven teams. [3] [4]

The Spikers' Turf returned after a three-year absence, with its last tournament played being the 2019 Open Conference. [5]

NU-Sta. Elena Nationals defeated the reigning champions Cignal HD Spikers in the championship match best-of-three series to clinched their first ever gold of the tournament. Cignal HD Spikers gets their fourth silver. [6] PGJC-Navy Sea Lions defeated VNS-One Alicia Griffins in the third place match best-of-three series and claimed their first bronze. [7]

The Cignal HD Spikers are a professional men's volleyball team in the Philippines. The club is owned by Cignal TV, Inc., a subsidiary of MediaQuest Holdings, Inc., a PLDT company.

The 2021 Premier Volleyball League Open Conference was the tenth conference of the Premier Volleyball League and its first conference as a professional league. The conference started on July 17, 2021 and ended on August 13, 2021, at the PCV Socio-Civic and Cultural Center in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte in a bubble.
