Group H of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualification tournament was one of the twelve groups that decided one team that qualified for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations with Ivory Coast, having already qualified for the tournament as hosts. The group consisted of four teams: Ivory Coast, Zambia, Comoros and Lesotho. [1]

The teams played against each other in a home-and-away round-robin format between 9 June 2022 and 9 September 2023. [2]
