The 2023 Hamburg Ladies & Gents Cup was a professional tennis tournament played on indoor hard courts. It was the fourth edition of the tournament which was part of the 2023 ATP Challenger Tour and the 2023 ITF Women's World Tennis Tour. It took place in Hamburg, Germany between 16 and 22 October 2023.

Denis Istomin and Evgeny Karlovskiy were the defending champions but withdrew from their quarterfinals match against Daniel Cukierman and Joshua Paris.

Oleksii Krutykh and Oriol Roca Batalla were the defending champions but chose to defend their title with different partners. Krutykh partnered Sumit Nagal but lost in the first round to Marco Bortolotti and Alexandru Jecan. Roca Batalla partnered Daniel Rincón but lost in the final to Andrea Pellegrino and Andrea Vavassori.

Victor Vlad Cornea and Ruben Gonzales were the defending champions but only Gonzales chose to defend his title, partnering Chung Yun-seong. Gonzales lost in the semifinals to Ray Ho and Calum Puttergill.
