Abdullah Shelbayh won the title after defeating Oliver Crawford 6–2, 6–7(5–7), 6–3 in the final. Shelbayh became the first Jordanian player to win a Challenger title.

Abedallah Shelbayh (Arabic: عبد الله شلبيه, romanized: eabd allah shalabih; (also known as Abdullah Shelbayh is a Jordanian tennis player.

Eliot Spizzirri and Tyler Zink were the defending champions, having won the previous edition in 2019, however both players were no longer eligible to participate in junior events. Spizzirri and Zink received a wildcard in the men's doubles event, where they lost in the first round.

This was the first edition of the tournament. The tournament was canceled after completion of play on September 28 due to the forecasted impacts of Hurricane Ian on South Carolina.

Ramkumar Ramanathan was the defending champion but chose not to defend his title.

Íñigo Cervantes and Oriol Roca Batalla were the defending champions but withdrew before their match in the quarterfinals.

Nicolás Jarry defeated Grigor Dimitrov in the final, 7–6(7–1), 6–1 to win the singles tennis title at the 2023 Geneva Open.

Emilio Gómez was the two-time defending champion but lost in the second round to Omar Jasika.
