It took place in Båstad, Sweden, from 10 through 15 July 2023 for the women's tournament, and from 17 through 23 July 2023 for the men's tournament. It was the 75th edition of the event for the men and the 13th edition for the women.

Jang Su-jeong was the defending champion, but lost in the first round to Rebecca Peterson.
