Kulikov won her first ITF Circuit title at the 2019 Thoreau Tennis Open, in the doubles draw, partnering Rianna Valdes.

She won her first WTA Tour title at the 2022 Hamburg European Open, partnering Sophie Chang. [2]

Sophie Chang and Angela Kulikov defeated Miyu Kato and Aldila Sutjiadi in the final, 6–3, 4–6, [10–6] to win the women's doubles tennis title at the 2022 Hamburg European Open.

Barbora Krejčíková and Kateřina Siniaková defeated Caty McNally and Taylor Townsend in the final, 3–6, 7–5, 6–1 to win the women's doubles tennis title at the 2022 US Open. With the win, they became the first women's pair to complete the career Super Slam in doubles. It was their sixth major title together.

Anna Danilina and Alexandra Panova defeated Miriam Kolodziejová and Angela Kulikov in the final, 6–4, 6–2 to win the women's doubles tennis title at the 2023 Hamburg European Open.
