The 2023 Al Habtoor Tennis Challenge is a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. It is the twenty-sixth edition of the tournament which is part of the 2023 ITF Women's World Tennis Tour. It took place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates between 4 and 10 December 2023.

Elsa Jacquemot was the reigning champion, but chose not to participate.

Diana Shnaider defeated the defending champion Zhu Lin in the final, 6–3, 2–6, 6–1 to win the singles tennis title at the 2024 Thailand Open. It was her first WTA Tour singles title.

Anna Danilina and Anastasia Tikhonova were the defending champions but chose not to participate.

This was the first edition of the tournament.
