The 2024 CONCACAF Caribbean Cup group stage was played from 20 August to 3 October 2024. [1] A total of 10 teams competed in the group stage to decide the 4 places in the knockout stage of the 2024 CONCACAF Caribbean Cup. [2]
The draw for the group stage was held on 6 June 2024 at 17:00 EDT (UTC−4) in Miami, Florida, United States. The 10 involved teams were previously seeded into five pots of two teams each based on their CONCACAF Club Ranking as of 3 June 2024, [1] [3] except for the teams in pot 5, which was reserved for the champions and runners-up of the 2024 CFU Club Shield.

For the group stage, the 10 teams were drawn into two groups (Groups A and B) of five containing a team from each of the five pots. Teams from pot 1 were drawn first and were placed in the first position of their group, starting with Group A and then Group B. The same procedure was followed for teams from pots 2, 3, 4 and 5, and they were placed in positions 2, 3, 4 and 5, respectively, within the group to which they were drawn. No restrictions were applied at the time of drawing the groups. [1]

In the group stage, each group was played on a single home-and-away round-robin basis, with teams playing against each other once, for a total of four matches per team (two home and two away). The teams were ranked according to the following criteria (Regulations Article 12.8.1).: [2]
The winners and runners-up of each group advanced to the semi-finals of the knockout stage.

The 2007 Caribbean Cup was the fourteenth edition of the biennial Caribbean Cup, the finals of which were contested in Trinidad and Tobago between 12 January and 23 January 2007. The four semifinalists qualified for the 2007 edition of the CONCACAF Gold Cup. In all, 24 of the eligible countries participated.

2014 Women's Caribbean Cup. Twenty nations entered the First Round in 5 groups, but three withdrew before playing any match. The group winners and 2 best runners-up teams joined Trinidad and Tobago in the Second Round, split into 2 groups of 4. The Second Round group winners and runners-up qualified for the Championship. The Second Round group winners met for the Women's Caribbean Cup; the Second Round runners-up met for third place. Though announced as the inaugural edition, the Women's Caribbean Cup had been held once before in 2000. The tournament also served as a qualifier for the 2014 CONCACAF Women's Championship
The fourth round of CONCACAF matches for 2018 FIFA World Cup qualification was played from 13 November 2015 to 6 September 2016.

The 2022 CONCACAF W Championship qualification competition, also known as the CONCACAF W Qualifiers, is a women's football tournament that was contested by the senior women's national teams of the member associations of CONCACAF to decide the participating teams of the 2022 CONCACAF W Championship.
