The 2024 season for the Ineos Grenadiers is the 15th season in the team's existence, all of which have been as a UCI WorldTeam. This is the sixth season with Ineos as the title sponsor and the fifth full season with the current name.

Geraint Howell Thomas, is a Welsh professional racing cyclist who rides for UCI WorldTeam Ineos Grenadiers, Wales and Great Britain. He is one of the few riders in the modern era to achieve significant elite success as both a track and road rider, with notable victories in the velodrome, in one-day racing and in stage racing. On the track, he has won three World Championships, and two Olympic gold medals, while on the road he won the 2018 Tour de France becoming the first Welshman and third British rider to win it.

Richard Antonio Carapaz Montenegro is an Ecuadorian professional road racing cyclist who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam EF Education–EasyPost. Carapaz won the 2019 Giro d'Italia, becoming the first Ecuadorian rider to win the race. In July 2021, he won the gold medal in the road race at the 2020 Summer Olympics, becoming the first Ecuadorian cyclist to win a medal and only the second Ecuadorian in any sport to win a gold medal at the Olympic Games. In doing so, he became the first cyclist to achieve an Olympic road race gold medal and a podium finish in each of the three Grand Tours.

The 2022 Tour de France was the 109th edition of the Tour de France. It started in Copenhagen, Denmark on 1 July 2022 and ended with the final stage on the Champs-Élysées, Paris on 24 July 2022. Denmark's Jonas Vingegaard won the general classification for the first time. Two-time defending champion Tadej Pogačar finished in second place, and former winner Geraint Thomas finished third. This was the first Tour since 1989 in which each of the three podium finishers had made the podium on a previous occasion.

This is the fourth season with Ineos as the title sponsor and the second full season with the current name. They use Pinarello bicycles, Shimano drivetrain, Shimano wheels and Bioracer clothing.

The 2023 Tour de France was the 110th edition of the Tour de France. It started in Bilbao, Spain, on 1 July and ended with the final stage at Champs-Élysées, Paris, on 23 July.

The 2024 Giro d'Italia was the 107th edition of the Giro d'Italia, a three-week Grand Tour cycling stage race. The race started on 4 May in Venaria Reale and finished on 26 May in Rome. There were two individual time trial stages and 4 stages longer than 200 km.

The 2024 season for UAE Team Emirates is the 26th season in the team's existence and the 8th under the current name. The team has been a UCI WorldTeam since 2005, when the tier was first established.
