The 2024 Next Generation ATP Finals is a men's exhibition tennis tournament for the eight highest-ranked singles players on the 2024 ATP Tour who are aged 20 and under. It is scheduled to be held from 18 December to 22 December 2024 at King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

This will be the first tournament to be played under the new rules which include lowering the age threshold from 21-and-under to 20-and-under. [1]

Hamad Medjedovic is the reigning champion but is ineligible to defend his title due to his age. [2]

Race to qualification

The top eight players in the 2024 ATP Race to Jeddah will qualify. Eligible players must be 20 or under at the end of the calendar year (i.e. born 2004 or later).

The Next Generation ATP Finals is an annual men's professional exhibition tennis tournament organized by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) for the best players of the season aged 20 years old or younger. The event debuted in 2017 at the PalaLido in Milan, where it was also staged for the next four editions, before it was moved to King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah, beginning in 2023. The 2023 Next Generation ATP Finals was a men's exhibition tennis tournament for the eight highest-ranked singles players on the 2023 ATP Tour who are aged 21 and under. It was held from 28 November to 2 December 2023 at King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Andrey Rublev defeated Félix Auger-Aliassime in the final, 4–6, 7–5, 7–5 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2024 Madrid Open. It was his second Masters 1000 and 16th career ATP Tour singles title. Auger-Aliassime was the first Canadian singles finalist since the tournament's inception in 2002 and the first to reach a Masters 1000 final on clay.

The 2024 Cranbrook Tennis Classic was a professional tennis tournament played on hard courts. It was the second edition of the tournament which was part of the 2024 ATP Challenger Tour. It took place in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, United States between July 1 and July 7, 2024.

The 2024 Belgrade Open was a men's tennis tournament played on indoor hard courts. It was the 2nd edition of the event, and part of the ATP 250 tournaments on the 2024 ATP Tour. It took place at the Belgrade Arena from 3 November to 9 November 2024. The tournament was organized as a replacement for the Gijón Open, which had to be relocated due to operational reasons.
