By winning his fourth title on grass and seventh career ATP Tour singles title overall, Berrettini became the first player in the Open Era to claim the title in their first two appearances at the tournament. Krajinović had never earned a tour-level win on grass before the tournament and was seeking his first career title in his fifth final.
Daniil Medvedev defeated the defending champion Cameron Norrie in the final, 7–5, 6–0 to win the singles tennis title. It was his 14th career ATP Tour title, his first of the season, and his first since the 2021 US Open eleven months earlier.
Novak Djokovic defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas in the final, 6–3, 7–6(7–4), 7–6(7–5) to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2023 Australian Open. It was his record-extending 10th Australian Open title and 22nd major title overall, tying Rafael Nadal for the all-time record of most Grand Slam men's singles titles won. He also became the second man to win double-digit titles at a single major, after Nadal at the French Open. Djokovic lost just one set en route to the title, and extended his match winning-streak at the Australian Open to an Open Era record 28 matches.
Kwon Soon-woo defeated Roberto Bautista Agut in the final, 6–4, 3–6, 7–6(7–4) to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2023 Adelaide International 2. It was his second ATP Tour singles title, and he became just the tenth man in ATP Tour history to win a title as a lucky loser.

Frances Tiafoe defeated Tomás Martín Etcheverry in the final, 7–6(7–1), 7–6(8–6) to win the singles tennis title at the 2023 U.S. Men's Clay Court Championships. It was Tiafoe's first ATP Tour title in five years.

Andrey Rublev defeated Félix Auger-Aliassime in the final, 4–6, 7–5, 7–5 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2024 Madrid Open. It was his second Masters 1000 and 16th career ATP Tour singles title. Auger-Aliassime was the first Canadian singles finalist since the tournament's inception in 2002 and the first to reach a Masters 1000 final on clay.
Alexander Zverev defeated Nicolás Jarry in the final, 6–4, 7–5 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2024 Italian Open. It was his sixth ATP Masters 1000 title and 22nd career title.
