Jannik Sinner defeated Mackenzie McDonald in the final, 7–5, 4–6, 7–5 to win the singles tennis title at the 2021 Citi Open. With the victory, Sinner became the youngest player and first teenager on the ATP Tour to win an ATP 500 title since the category was created in 2009.
Cameron Norrie defeated Reilly Opelka in the final, 7–6(7–1), 7–6(7–4) to win the singles title at the 2022 Delray Beach Open.
Maxime Cressy defeated Alexander Bublik in the final, 2–6, 6–3, 7–6(7–3) to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2022 Hall of Fame Open. It was his maiden ATP Tour title.
Brandon Nakashima defeated Marcos Giron in the final, 6–4, 6–4 to win the singles tennis title at the 2022 San Diego Open. It was his first ATP Tour title, and he won it in his hometown of San Diego.

Jordan Thompson defeated Casper Ruud in the final, 6–3, 7–6(7–4) to win the singles tennis title at the 2024 Los Cabos Open. It was his first ATP Tour singles title and he saved three match points en route, in the quarterfinals against Alex Michelsen.
Yoshihito Nishioka defeated Jordan Thompson in the final, 4–6, 7–6(7–2), 6–2 to win the singles title at the 2024 Atlanta Open. It was his third ATP Tour title. Nishioka became the first unseeded player to win the tournament since Robby Ginepri in 2009, and was the first singles champion to not be from Australia or the United States.
Sebastian Korda defeated Flavio Cobolli in the final, 4–6, 6–2, 6–0 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2024 Washington Open. It was Korda's second ATP Tour title, first ATP 500 title, first title since 2021, and first hardcourt title after previous five hardcourt runner-up finishes. Both players saved match points en route to the final: Korda saved two in his third-round match against Thanasi Kokkinakis, while Cobolli saved five in his third-round match against Alejandro Davidovich Fokina. Korda's father Petr won the title at the same tournament in 1992, marking the first time that a father-son duo won the same ATP tournament.

Lorenzo Sonego won the singles title at the 2024 Winston-Salem Open, defeating Alex Michelsen in the final, 6–0, 6–3. He did not drop a set en route to his fourth ATP Tour title and first since 2022.
Marin Čilić defeated Zhang Zhizhen in the final, 7–6(7–5), 7–6(7–5) to win the inaugural singles tennis title at the 2024 Hangzhou Open. He saved two match points en route to his 21st career ATP Tour singles title, and his first since the 2021 St. Petersburg Open.

Jannik Sinner defeated Novak Djokovic in the final, 7–6(7–4), 6–3 to win the singles title at the 2024 Shanghai Masters. It was his fourth ATP Masters 1000 singles title, seventh title of the season, and 17th career title. By reaching the final, Sinner secured the year-end No. 1 ranking for the first time in his career. Djokovic reached a career record-extending 59th Masters 1000 final.
