The 2024 Women's World Ice Hockey Championships was the 26th such event hosted by the International Ice Hockey Federation. Teams participated at several levels of competition based on their 2023 results. The competition served as qualifications for division placements in the 2025 edition.^[1]

The tournament was held from 3 to 14 April at Adirondack Bank Center in Utica, New York, United States.^[3]^[4]

On 28 February the IIHF "suspended all Russian and Belarusian National Teams and Clubs from participation in every age category and in all IIHF competitions or events until further notice", which resulted in a reformatting of the tournament.
