The 2025 Supercopa Ecuador, known as 2025 Supercopa Ecuador Ecuabet for sponsorship purposes, will be the fourth edition of the Supercopa Ecuador, Ecuador's football super cup, organized by the Ecuadorian Football Federation (FEF). It will be held on 1 February 2025 between the 2024 Ecuadorian Serie A champions LDU Quito and the 2024 Copa Ecuador champions El Nacional at Estadio Gonzalo Pozo Ripalda in Quito. [1]

The Supercopa Ecuador will return after a one-year hiatus, given that it was not played in 2024 due to the cancellation of the Copa Ecuador in 2023. [2]

Teams

The match will be played by LDU Quito and El Nacional, champions of the Ecuadorian Serie A and the Copa Ecuador in the 2024 season. [3] While this will be a debut appearance for El Nacional in the competition, LDU Quito will play their third Supercopa Ecuador, having won the title in their previous appearances in 2020 and 2021. First stage winners LDU Quito defeated second stage winners and defending champions Emelec 2–1 on aggregate in the final to win their eleventh domestic title.
