The 2026 IIHF U18 Women's World Championship Division II will be two international under-18 women's ice hockey tournaments organized by the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF). Division II A represents the fourth tier and Division II B the fifth tier of the IIHF U18 Women's World Championship.
