Natalia Peluso, known professionally as Nathy Peluso, is an Argentine-Spanish singer, songwriter, dancer and pedagogue. Born in Argentina and raised in Spain, Peluso became interested in the performing arts at an early age, performing cover songs at musical bars in her teenage years. After graduating King Juan Carlos University, Peluso relocated to Barcelona to pursue a professional career in music, with her first releases Esmeralda (2017) and La Sandunguera (2018) being confected independently. Peluso slowly started to become recognized in Spain. After signing Sony Music, she started working on her breakthrough album Calambre (2020) for which she won the Latin Grammy Award for Best Alternative Music Album in 2021.
Calambre is the debut studio album by Argentine singer and rapper Nathy Peluso. Recorded between Barcelona, Buenos Aires and Los Angeles, the album was released on 2 October 2020 by Sony Music. Calambre won the Premio Gardel for Best Alternative Pop Album and was also nominated for Album of the Year and Best Cover Design at its 23rd annual edition. The album's second single, "Buenos Aires" also won Record of the Year at the ceremony. La Conquista del Espacio is the twenty-fourth studio album by Argentine singer Fito Páez, released on March 13, 2020, by Sony Music Argentina. The album was produced entirely by Páez, Diego Olivero and Gustavo Borner. The album features guest vocals by Lali and Hernán Coronel of Mala Fama.

Released on November 27, 2020 through Dale Play Records, it achieved instant social media virality in Hispanic countries for its catchy lyrics. Commercialy, the song reached number 4 on the Billboard Argentina Hot 100 chart and peaked at 121 on the Global 200, among others. The track was nominated in two Premios Gardel categories, Song of the Year and Best Urban/Trap Song, winning the latter one. It was later featured in the soundtrack for season four of hit Spanish Netflix show Elite as its main song.
"Gente en la Calle" is a song by Argentine singer-songwriter Fito Páez featuring vocals by Argentine singer Lali, from Páez's twenty-fourth studio album La Conquista del Espacio (2020). It was written by Páez and its producers Diego Olivero and Gustavo Borner. The track was released by Sony Music Argentina as the album's fourth single on March 4, 2021.

The nominations were announced on September 28, 2021. The ceremony was air live on TelevisaUnivision.
The 19th Premios Juventud ceremony took place on July 21, 2022. Univision broadcast the show live from the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum, with Danna Paola, Eduin Caz, Clarissa Molina and Prince Royce hosting the event.
The 23rd Annual Latin Grammy Awards ceremony was held on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at the Michelob Ultra Arena, Las Vegas to honour the best musical releases within Latin music released from June 1, 2021, to May 31, 2022. The nominations were announced via a virtual livestream on September 20, 2022, presented by Kany García, Christina Aguilera, Banda Los Sebastianes, Becky G, Yotuel, Criolo, Nicky Jam, Akapellah, Luísa Sonza, Sebastián Yatra and Camilo. The three-hour ceremony aired live on Univision and was hosted by singers Anitta, Luis Fonsi, Laura Pausini and Thalía.
Los Años Salvajes is the twenty-fifth studio album by Argentine singer and songwriter Fito Páez, released on November 24, 2021, through Sony Music Argentina. The album was produced by Páez himself alongside Diego Olivero and Gustavo Borner. English singer and songwriter Elvis Costello and Argentine singer Fabiana Cantilo appear as featured artists.
The 25th Annual Premios Gardel ceremony were held on May 16, 2023, at the Movistar Arena in Buenos Aires, for the second consecutive year. It recognized the best recordings, compositions and artists of the eligibility year, from January 1 to December 31, 2022, as determined by the members of the Argentine Chamber of Phonograms and Videograms Producers. The nominees for the different categories were announced on April 11 of the same year. The ceremony was presented by Iván de Pineda, who hosted the 2019 ceremony; and broadcast live through the Star+ platform. Rapper Trueno received the most nominations with nine, followed by singer Dante Spinetta with seven and the band Babasónicos with six.
