The film, which features non-professonionl actors, tells of the everyday life of a drug dealer navigating Tehran's underworld. It is a co-production between Iran and Germany and was shot in secret without permission from Iranian authorities. It premiered on 10 August 2023 at the Locarno Film Festival, where it won the Golden Leopard. Ahmadzadeh was pressured by Iranian authorities to not screen his film at Locarno, and was unable to attend the festival after being banned from leaving Iran.
