The A2 is a Belgian motorway that coincides completely with the Belgian part of the European route E314. It starts in Leuven, at the junction with the A3/E40 in the province of Flemish Brabant. Then it goes through the province of Limburg, where it crosses the A13/E313 in Lummen. It ends at the Dutch border, where it became the Dutch A76.

Kasteel Lagendal is a country house in Lummen, in the province of Limburg, Belgium. It was built in 1850 in a vernacular late classical style as a shooting box commissioned by Paul Jacobs-Stellingwerff of Hasselt. Its name comes from its site on the longest point of the Lummen. Until 2005, renamed Kasteel Saint-Paul, it housed an up-market French restaurant.

The European route E 313 is a road in Europe and a part of the United Nations International E-road network. Approximately 112 kilometers (70 mi) long, it connects the Belgian port city of Antwerp to Liège, the commercial and industrial centre of Wallonia. It runs thus entirely within Belgium: however, it does cross the language frontier within Belgium between the Dutch speaking north and the French speaking south which affects the roadside route signs and safety-message posters. From the junction at Ranst where it splits from the E 34, it follows the Belgian A13.

Kim Geybels is a Belgian politician and a former member of the Belgian Senate for the N-VA and is a former Chairman of the youth wing of the N-VA. Soon after her resignation she tried to retrieve her seat as Senator, claiming she was "forced" by the N-VA to resign. Early October 2010 all procedures, as started by Geybels, to retrieve her Senate seat had failed.

Provincial road N786 runs between Beekbergen and Dieren in the Dutch province Gelderland. The road has a total length of 15.5 km (9.6 mi) and consists of a northern and a southern section, separated in Laag-Soeren by about 1.7 kilometres (1.1 mi). The N786 travels roughly along the boundary of the forested region Veluwe, and it is maintained by the province Gelderland.
