Unhallowed is the debut studio album by American melodic death metal band The Black Dahlia Murder. It was released through Metal Blade Records on June 17, 2003. An enhanced version of the album was released that included photos and info about the band. Metal Blade released a limited edition vinyl version of Unhallowed on August 20, 2013 in honor of the album's tenth anniversary. The band performed the album in its entirety on their spring 2016 tour with Fallujah and Disentomb.
Miasma is the second studio album by American death metal band The Black Dahlia Murder. Released through Metal Blade Records on July 12, 2005, Miasma is the only album to feature drummer Zach Gibson, who replaced founding member and drummer, Cory Grady, as well as being the last with bassist David Lock. Gibson also left the band the following year after the release of the album and was replaced by Shannon Lucas, formerly of All That Remains.

Erian makes use of a mid-range growl technique while Marois performs high-pitched fry shrieks, deeper growled vocals and pig squeals.
Down by Law is an American punk rock band formed in 1989 by former All frontman Dave Smalley, who is the only remaining original member. The band has recorded seven studio albums. They stayed on Epitaph Records until 1998 and have since switched to other labels. Down by Law has never achieved substantial commercial success, but a number of largely popular acts cite them as influential, and they have an underground following. After several lineup changes, the band went on hiatus from touring and recording in 2003, but resurfaced in 2008 before beginning work on new material and embarking on their first tour in six years in 2009. In 2017, the band reunited their Punkrockacademyfightsong lineup and are currently active and touring.

Vocalist Trevor Strnad said in an interview that much of the material on the demo is a blatant "rip-off" of the metalcore band Prayer for Cleansing.

After the release of In Cold Blood, she began regularly releasing singles throughout 2015 and 2016 under a new maxim—to release music independent of EPs or albums. She also composed the score of Eva Husson's movie, Bang Gang in 2016.

Obey the Brave was a Canadian hardcore punk band From Montreal, Quebec and Ottawa, Ontario. Formed in 2012, the band features Despised Icon singer Alex Erian on vocals as well as Blind Witness bassist Miguel Lepage, guitarists John Campbell and Greg Wood, and drummer Stevie Morotti. By the middle of 2012, just over half a year after becoming a band, the metalcore act found itself signed to iconic label Good Fight, with the EP album, Ups And Downs, released in 2012. They signed to the label Epitaph, with the band's debut studio album, Young Blood, released in August of that same year. A sophomore album, Salvation, followed in 2014. The third album Mad Season was followed up in 2017. The fourth album Balance was followed up in 2019.
