In the Night is the debut studio album by Charley Crockett, released on Son of Davy on May 5, 2015.
In the early-2010s Crockett would befriend an older woman by the name of Audrey Derrell while out working farms on the west coast, who herself, promoted various local clubs in California. On July 4, 2014 she would pass away, however, before she passed she would step up to fund Crockett's first album which would become A Stolen Jewel. After taking on a job at a marijuana farm in Mendocino County, California, and the advantage of their boss being away for the winter, Crockett would enlist friend and fellow hand and musician Kyle Madrigal to record the album in a loft in a barn on the property in the winter of 2014.
