I See It Now is the third studio album by American country music artist Tracy Lawrence. It was released on September 20, 1994 by Atlantic Records. The album produced four singles: the title track, "If the World Had a Front Porch", "Texas Tornado", and "As Any Fool Can See". Of these, "Texas Tornado" was a number-one song on the Hot Country Songs chart, while the other singles all reached number two on the same chart. "Hillbilly with a Heartache", a duet with John Anderson, can also be found on Anderson's 1994 album Country 'til I Die. "I Got a Feelin'" was co-written by Joe Diffie, who would later record it for his 1997 album Twice Upon a Time.
Wanna Be Your Joe is the ninth studio album released from country music artist Billy Ray Cyrus. Released on July 17, 2006 on New Door Records and UMe, it was Cyrus' first country album since 2000's Southern Rain. It is also his first album of non-gospel music in three years. From Billy Ray's exposure on Hannah Montana, the album debuted and peaked at number 24 on the U.S. Billboard Top Country Albums chart, number 113 on the Billboard 200 and number 118 on the Billboard Top Comprehensive Albums. The album sold well, but no hit single was released. The title track and "I Want My Mullet Back" were released as singles, but both failed to chart on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Songs chart.
Western Flyer was an American country music band founded in 1992 by Danny Myrick, Chris Marion, T. J. Klay, Bruce Gust, Steve Charles, and Roger Helton. The band released two albums for Step One Records, as well as six singles. Their highest peaking single is "What Will You Do with M-E?", which reached No. 32 on the Billboard country charts in 1996. After Western Flyer disbanded, Marion joined the Little River Band, and Myrick began writing songs for other artists.

"Back in My Arms Again" was previously recorded by its co-writer, Lee Roy Parnell, on his 1992 album Love Without Mercy.

"The Promised Land" was also the second single of Diffie's career to miss Top 40 entirely, and this was also the first album of his career not to produce a Top 10 hit. The album contains the singles "A Night to Remember", "The Quittin' Kind", and "It's Always Somethin'", which respectively reached #6, #21, and #5 on the Billboard country charts. The title track was also Diffie's highest entry on the Billboard Hot 100, reaching #38 there. The song "I'm the Only Thing " was originally recorded by Conway Twitty on his Final Touches album.
